Welcome to Globly, a digital marketplace platform connecting pilgrims with verified travel agents specializing in Islamic religious tourism, including Umrah and Hajj packages.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using our platform (website at www.globly.com and mobile application), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Globly (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform.

  • Valid Ministry of Tourism certificates and licenses
  • Business registration certificates
  • Tax identification documents
  • Professional insurance coverage proof
  • Bank account verification
  • Pass our quality assessment and background verification process
  • Agree to ongoing compliance monitoring and periodic re-verification

4.2 Agent Service Standards

Verified agents must:

  • Maintain all required licenses and certifications throughout their partnership with Globly
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date package information
  • Clearly display package inclusions, exclusions, terms, and conditions
  • Honor all advertised prices and package details
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and booking requests
  • Maintain professional standards of customer service
  • Comply with all applicable tourism and pilgrimage regulations

4.3 Package Listing Requirements

All package listings must include:

  • Detailed itinerary and service inclusions/exclusions
  • Clear pricing structure and payment terms
  • Cancellation and refund policy
  • Terms and conditions specific to the package
  • Emergency contact information
  • Compliance certifications where applicable

4.4 Agent Independence and Liability

  • Globly’s verification process does not constitute endorsement or guarantee of agent services
  • Agents operate independently and are solely responsible for:
  • Service delivery and quality
  • Customer satisfaction and dispute resolution
  • Compliance with tourism and pilgrimage regulations
  • Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
  • Handling customer complaints and issues

5. PLATFORM ROLE AND MARKETPLACE NATURE

5.1 Globly as Digital Connector

Globly operates as a digital marketplace and technology platform that:

  • Facilitates connections between pilgrims and verified travel agents
  • Provides search, comparison, and communication tools
  • Does not process payments or handle financial transactions between customers and agents
  • Does not act as a travel agent, tour operator, or service provider

5.2 Third-Party Service Relationships

  • The contractual relationship for travel services exists directly between users and travel agents
  • Globly is not a party to these service agreements
  • We do not guarantee the performance, quality, or delivery of third-party services
  • Agent packages and services are provided independently of Globly

6. BOOKING PROCESS AND PAYMENT TERMS

6.1 Booking Procedures

  • All bookings must be completed through our platform using our designated booking system
  • Users must provide accurate personal information required for travel documentation
  • Booking confirmation is subject to agent acceptance and availability verification
  • Users will receive booking confirmation details via email and platform dashboard

6.2 Payment Processing

  • All payments are made directly between customers and travel agents
  • Globly does not collect, process, or receive any payments from customers
  • Globly holds no share of payment, whether directly or indirectly, from customers
  • Payment methods, processing, and terms are determined solely by individual travel agents
  • Users are responsible for any bank fees, transaction charges, or currency conversion costs associated with direct payments to agents

6.3 Payment Security

  • Payment transactions occur directly between customers and travel agents
  • Globly does not handle, store, or process customer payment information
  • Users must verify the security and legitimacy of agent payment methods independently
  • We recommend using secure payment methods and verifying agent credentials before making payments

6.4 Pricing and Platform Fees

  • Package prices are determined solely by individual travel agents
  • Globly operates as a free platform and does not charge customers any service fees, platform usage fees, or commissions
  • All pricing, payment terms, and fee structures are established directly between customers and agents
  • Any applicable taxes, fees, and charges are determined by the travel agents

7. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND MODIFICATIONS

7.1 Agent-Specific Policies

  • Cancellation and refund terms are determined by individual travel agents
  • Each agent must clearly display their cancellation policy on package listings
  • Users must review and accept agent-specific cancellation terms before booking
  • Globly is not responsible for agent cancellation or refund policies

7.2 Globly's Role in Disputes

While not liable for agent policies or payment disputes, Globly may:

  • Facilitate communication between users and agents regarding cancellations
  • Provide mediation services in cases of reported misconduct or fraud
  • Assist in connecting users with appropriate resolution channels
  • Take appropriate action against agents who consistently violate platform policies

7.3 Force Majeure and External Circumstances

  • Cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies) are subject to agent-specific policies
  • Globly is not liable for cancellations or modifications required due to external circumstances
  • Users are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT USAGE

8.1 Globly's Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including but not limited to:

  • Website design, layout, and user interface
  • Globly logos, trademarks, and branding materials
  • Software, algorithms, and technical systems

Users may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission

9. PLATFORM MODIFICATIONS AND AVAILABILITY

Globly reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of our platform
  • Update our technology, user interface, and functionality
  • Change our service offerings and business model
  • Implement new policies and procedures

  • Disputes between users and travel agents
  • Travel-related issues including delays, cancellations, or service failures
  • Loss, damage, or injury during travel or pilgrimage activities
  • Security or legitimacy of payment methods used by travel agents

11.2 Service Disclaimers

Our platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • Guarantees of platform availability, accuracy, or error-free operation
  • Responsibility for third-party content, links, or external websites

11.3 Limitation of Damages

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Globly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

  • User’s violation of any third-party rights
  • User’s violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Content submitted by the user to our platform
